Lindsay Munden, DNP, RN, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Lindsay Munden is a doctoral prepared American Nurses Credentialing Center board certified family nurse practitioner with additional certifications and experience in non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including Botox and dermal filler injections. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Valparaiso University in 2008, and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in 2013. Lindsay has practiced in Northwest Indiana as a nurse for over ten years and a nurse practitioner since 2008. During her two years of practice in collaboration with a local plastic surgeon, she provided the majority of non-surgical cosmetic procedures.  Lindsay is a faculty member in the nurse practitioner program at Valparaiso University, an active member of the Society of Nurses of Advanced Practice, and provides family medical care in many of the local retail health clinics. Lindsay is certified by the American Association of Plastic Surgical Nurses as a nurse injector physician extender (2010) and the National Laser Institute (2016) with intensive, hands-on training in Botox Cosmetic and Dermal Fillers. Lindsay is a member of the Indiana State Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Coalition of Nurses in Advance Practice of Indiana, the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Outside of the practitioner role, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family including her husband and four young children. She enjoys traveling and hot yoga whenever time allows. Lindsay is excited to bring her professional skills and experience to the tranquil setting at State of Mind Salon and Day Spa!

Jenny Munden, DDS      

Doctor of Dental Surgery

Dr. Jenny  Munden is a family dentist prepared with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree currently practicing in Bedford, IN.  Jenny is an Indianapolis native and a true Hoosier fan through and through. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and then went on to complete dental school from Indiana School of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. Munden then completed a one year general practice residency program at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis from 2009-2010. Jenny has maintained her dentistry practice within two local settings offering family dental care and currently practices at Atrium Dental Center. She has received certification in dental aesthetic procedures (2015) and is excited to offer these services to her new and existing clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brant, daughters Lily, age 5, Rosealie, 4 months, and 3 year old son, Brody. Dr. Munden offers an unparalleled commitment to providing her patients with quality dental aesthetic care in a gentle, welcoming, and friendly environment.
